Death of Mrs. Henry Thulowiet

Mrs. Henry Thuloweit, nee Martha Michel, passed away at

the family home in Johnson, Sunday evening, April 29th, 1923,

at ten o'clock.

Mrs. Thuloweit, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ferd Michel, was born near Johnson, August 7th, 1888, and her entire life, with the exception of a short stay in Colorado for the benefit of her health, was spent in this vicinity. Early in life she accepted Christ and became a member of the Lutheran church, remaining faithful until the last.

January 27, 1911, she was married to Henry Thuloweit, and two

children, Alvin age 10 and Leona, age 8 were born to this union.

The deceased is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ferd

Michel, Sr., five brothers, two children and her husband.

Funeral services conducted by Reverend Theodore Streng were

held at the home, Wednesday afternoon, followed by services

at the Hickory Grove church, southeast of town, where interment

took place. We extend heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved ones.
