WERE WED LAST SUNDAY

Miss Ellen Rademacher and Verne Rohrs

Married Sunday

A marriage of particular interest to Auburn people was consummated, at the parsonage of the English Lutheran church on last Sunday afternoon, the contracting parties being Miss Ellen Rademacher and Mr. Verne Rohrs. These well known young people proceeded to the parsonage of the English Lutheran church where the ceremony that made them man and wife was performed by Rev. Martin Ritzen. The bride and groom were accompanied to the parsonage by a company of friends and relatives who witnessed the ceremony. Both are very well known in this community. The bride is a daughter of Heye Rademacher who lives south of Johnson and is a young woman who fully deserves the respect and admiration that have always been bestowed upon her. She is charming and accomplished and held in the very highest esteem by all who know her.

The groom is employed at the Andresen grocery and is a mighty fine young man. He is the son of Fred H. Rohrs and having been born and raised in this community the people have been able to judge of his worth and the verdict has been entirely in his favor. No young man is more respected and trusted. Mr. and Mrs. Rohrs will make their home in this city and their friends trust that the years to come may bring them the full measure of happiness and prosperity.
