Mr. Eltiste was born and raised in Nebraska.  

He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in May 1998.  

He then moved to Liberty to teach fourth grade at Manor Hill for four years.  

At the end of the fourth year, he moved up to fifth grade,

where he is currently in his third year, teaching on Liberty's first all male elementary team.  
Mr. Eltiste graduated in December 2002 from Northwest Missouri State University

with a Master's Degree in Educational Administration
