In the matter of the Estate of Christian Eltiste deceased.

To Paul Eltiste and Christina Eltiste,

You and each of you are hereby notified that Mathias Muller has this day filed in this court his duly verified petition the object and prayer of which is to offer a decree allowing the final administration of said Mathias Muller as administrator of the estate of Christian Eltiste deceased, and also to offer for the decree of the court ordering distribution of the residence of said estate and to correct said final account in this, to wit; by striking from the charge column of said account items amounting to $148.20 and to reduce the total charge against the administration in the sum of $148.20 and that a new order of distribution may be made and that any and all heirs who have been paid money under said mistake order of distribution be ordered and adjusted to repay said amounts so paid.

You and each of you are hereby notified that the court has set the 29^th day of January 1895 at 10 o’clock a.m., at the office of the county Judge in Auburn, Nemaha County, Nebraska as the time and place when and where said petition will be heard and determined at which time and place you are notified to appear and reseal the payer of said petition or the court may grant the same and make such orders and decrees as may seem to the court just and equitable.  Witness my hand and seal of said court this 29^th day of December 1894.
