OBITUARY

Death of John H. Hoy

 



John H. 'Hip' Hoy, 71, electrician of Canal Winchester, died Sunday afternoon in his home following

a long illness.

He leaves his widow, Hazel; a stepson, James Edward Whitehead, Canal Winchester, and a half-brother,

Tom Durant, Columbus. Funeral services were held Wednesday 2 p.m. in the J. E. Grimes and Sons funeral home. The Rev. Vernon Ridenour officiated and burial made in Union Grove cemetery.

OBITUARY

Mrs. Hazel G. Hoy


Mrs. Hazel G. Hoy, 82, died Thursday at Johnston Nursing Home, Lancaster.

Survivors include son, James E. Whitehead,

Lancaster; three grandchildren;

seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be Saturday, 1 p.m., at the Sheridan Funeral Home; Peter Gideon officiating;

burial in Union Grove Cemetery, Canal Winchester.

Friends may call today, 2-9 p.m. and until time

of service Saturday at the funeral home.
