Mary A. Hoy
Miss Mary A. Hoy, 91, a retired beautician and homemaker, died Tuesday, March 26, 1991, in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Shafer of Bellefontaine at 12:50 p.m. She had formerly resided at 10109 Road 77, De Graff.
She was born in Logan County July 26, 1899, the daughter of George and Margaret Weidinger Hoy. A graduate of De Graff High School, she attended the Springfield Business College and later worked in Columbus as a beautician for many years.
Miss Hoy was a member of the Constance Chapter 78, O.E.S., and the UMW of the Rum Creek United Methodist Church.
She also was a member of Pleasant Grange 2124. Her only survivor is a cousin, Donald Spangler of Stoutsville.
Two brothers, John and Harold Hoy, preceded her in death. Friends may call at the Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home in De Graff Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. The Rev. Larry Shetenhelm will conduct graveside services in the Greenwood-Union Cemetery Friday at 11 a.m. The Bellefontaine Examiner Bellefontaine, Ohio Wednesday March 27, 1991
