Frieda was honored for being one of the oldest residents in Nemaha county, participated in her first parade, and was interviewed by the Tecumseh Chieftain. She told them, in her opinion, the best invention was electricity and the washing machine.......didn't like beating the clothes against rocks. She goes to the beauty shop every week, out to lunch, and regularly attends church. A very active lady for 105!!!!
