Mrs. Melvin C. Ward
Mrs. Melvin C. (Eva) Ward, 84, of 1130 1/2 Iowa Street, died at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday at Finley Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the De Wachter-Haudenshield Funeral Home, 2170 Central Avenue. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery. Mrs. Ward, the former Eva Fink, was born in Dubuque, and had been employed at Glover Manufacturing Company for more than 30 years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Immanuel United Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband.
