Eltiste Attends California Wedding
Freda Eltiste has returned from a 10-day visit to her son's in California. She was with son Mel (and Pat) to celebrate the wedding of her granddaughter, Kacey to David Hartung Jr. The celebration began with a bridal luncheon on Friday for all of the out-of-town guests. The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Mowett, Jr., New Hampshire. The wedding took place November 4th at Westchester Lutheran Church, where Freda had also watched Kacey be baptized in 1973 and confirmed in 1987. The bride wore a gown of white matte satin with a sweetheart neckline. The full skirt and train were embroidered in white with beads and Austrian crystals. Kacey's sister, Melissa, was her maid of honor; and the attendants wore Wedgwood blue matte satin floor-length gowns and carried cranberry red roses and dahlias. A dinner/dance reception followed at The Beach Club in Santa Monica, where five of Freda's six grandchildren were in attendance. At the wedding breakfast the following day, Freda met her first great-grandson for the first time. Cameron William Eltiste is the son of Freda's oldest grandson, Christopher Eltiste.
