Wilhelmine Margareuta (Kaiser) Look Sterrett
Wilhelmine Sterrett was born July 16, 1922, on the family farm in Philips County Kansas, to Henry Christian Kaiser and Sophia Katharina (Eltiste) Kaiser. She passed away at the Grove County Medical Center in Quinter, Kansas January 5, 2003. She graduated from Phillipsburg High School and attended Brown Mackie School of Business at Salina, Kansas, for two years. Throughout her life Wilmelmine continued to take classes at Fort Hayes State University in Hayes, and Colby Community College at Colby.
She worked at Douglas Aircraft in Santa Monica, California , during World War II. Wilhelmine then spent 33 years with the Kansas Department of Social Services and Rehabilitation at Stockton, and the last 17 years of her employment she was Administrative Officer at Hays, Kansas. She retired May 17,1988.
On April 12, 1946, Wilhelmine was united in marriage with Lawrence Harley Look at the Methodist Church in Stockton, Kansas Lawrence was born April 20, 1919 Hiram Look and Cloie (Jacobs) Look at Stockton, Kansas. He passed away December 13, 1978 in Wichita.
On July 2 1988, she married Clarence Sterrett in the Methodist Church in Hayes.

Wilhelmine is survived by Husband Clarence. Other survivors include one son, Lawrence "Butch" Look and his wife Linda of Quinter. A son-in-law, Russell Sammons of Orleans, Nebraska, a step-son, Dick Sterrett and his wife, Elaine, of Quinter, three step-daughters Carolyn Moore of Shawnee Mission, Deanna Roberts and Husband Garry, of Quinter, and Barbara Wiechrnan and Husband Terry, of Vakkey Center; 5 Grandchildren; 8 Step-Grandchildren; 1 Great-Grandchild; 7 Step-Great Grandchildren; a Brother Gus Kaiser of Phillipsburg, and a Sister Sophia Hazen of Stockton.
She is Preceded in Death by Daughter Kathyleen Sue (Look) Sammons. and Three Brothers Henry Kaiser, Paul Kaiser and Bill Kaiser.
Wilhelmine will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends for many years to come.
